Meet The Founder
My name is Xavier Delano, and I am the owner and licensed therapist at Restoring Hearts & Minds, LLC. I am a proud Air Force veteran with four years of honorable service as a Security Forces member. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University-Kingsville and am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Counseling Education. I have also earned certifications in Sandtray Therapy, Rural Mental Health Counseling, Crisis Intervention, and Sex Therapy.
With over four years of experience in the mental health field, including three years focused on addiction counseling, I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery and well-being. At Restoring Hearts & Minds, I specialize in trauma, bereavement, depression, anxiety, as well as couples and family counseling. I am committed to creating a welcoming and safe environment where clients can comfortably explore their thoughts and emotions.
My approach to therapy is compassionate and empathetic, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of those I serve. I believe in the transformative power of therapy and am dedicated to empowering my clients to achieve their personal goals.
